Keith W. Schafer – Consultant at Blackrock Resources
Started his career with Columbia Gas Transmission at Kenova Compressor Station. In his 44 years of service at CPG and later TCE, Keith held numerous leadership positions in operations, maintenance and analysis. He retired from TCE in December of 2021 as Reciprocating Principal for the 530 reciprocating engines and compressor in TCE’s U.S. gas operations. An expert in his field, Keith continues his involvement in natural gas compression as a consultant where he puts his experience to work helping companies optimize their operations. From 2019, through 2021 he has served as Chairman of the Eastern Gas Compression Roundtable.

CJ Sloan – Chief Technology Officer
CJ is head of innovation and engineering at Sloan Lubrication Systems. His technical and analytical capabilities have led to several patents for new technology developed by Sloan Lubrication Systems. CJ was the team leader for the development of the TriCip System, which is revolutionizing compressor lubrication as well as several other new products and services. He has also published several technical papers advancing the understanding and practice of rotating and reciprocating machinery lubrication.

Eric’s focus is on continuing Sloan Lubrication’s century long mission of perfecting the art and science of lubrication. With expertise in identifying and understanding the unmet needs of lubrication system customers and finding the solutions to their problems, Eric is a key driver of efforts to expand the excellent customer experience Sloan’s customers have come to expect, and of innovation in new products and services to meet the industry’s evolving needs.
