Dear friends and customers, in a year that has been filled with big announcements for the Sloan Team, we’re excited to share yet another as we prepare to open a new field service and stocking facility in Houston, Texas. From our centennial celebrations at last year’s Gas Machinery Conference, to the launch of our new service plans and the introduction of new members to our growing team, to several new and re-designed products, we have had a lot of great reasons to celebrate.
We are so grateful to you, our friends and customers, because without your continued trust in Sloan Lubrication’s services, systems, and components, we would not be where we are today. We truly believe that it is our focus on excellent customer support, unparalleled quality, and service that exceeds expectations that contribute to our ongoing success.
Our expansion to Houston is another important step in our story. For more than a decade, Sloan has had a presence in the Houston, Texas area and many of you may already know Michael LeDoux, one of our most experienced sales and customer support experts. With more than 30 years in the lubrication systems industry, Mike provides continuous service and support to customers in Texas, Oklahoma, and the Gulf Coast. Joining him in our Houston location will be one of our top field service representatives, Grayland LaCoste, who has been with the company since 2020. It is Grayland’s emphasis on excellent customer service and quality work that make him the right person for this new assignment.
When we asked Grayland what he is most excited about, he said that he loves Texas, and looks forward to continuing to provide our customers there with excellent service and support.
From our new Houston location, Sloan will be able to provide customers throughout the area with rapid response field service capabilities and a stock of key components readily available for any urgent needs that arise. Our Houston base will also position us to better serve customers in the Gulf Coast area, as well as West Texas and Oklahoma.
This move will support the rollout of our new Sloan Service Plans, which offer customers greater peace of mind by guaranteeing that proper preventative maintenance is being performed every year on time. These plans also have the added benefit of including annual evaluations and extended warranties. Having a field service base in Texas will allow us to provide this service to our customers on a more flexible schedule to suit their needs.
We are very excited about this opportunity and expect it will be a great success as we continue to expand to better serve our customers. Hello, Texas.
