As part of our ongoing commitment to solve the lubrication-related issues that keep our customers up at night, Sloan Lubrication Systems is expanding our team. We’re happy to welcome Silvia van Lieshout to our newly created role of Business Development Manager.
Silvia brings nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and business development to this new position, most recently as director of federal sales for a technology company. In addition to her expertise in these critical fields, Silvia also excels in communication and has a strong technical background in CRM.
As our Business Development Manager, she will be the central hub of our sales and customer service department, making certain that, as we grow, we continue to improve the excellent service our customers have come to expect. Silvia’s extensive work experience and international travel background also makes her a great fit to manage all of Sloan’s international customers. We are excited about this new role and are very happy to welcome Silvia to our team.
In addition to this new business development position, we have two other new faces joining us in our sales department. William Kulczycki (Bill) is taking over our Eastern Territory, and Tim Venable will oversee our Western Region, both as account representatives.
Tim and Bill have extensive experience in sales and are experts at managing customer accounts. We are happy to welcome them to our team and look forward to the enhanced support their additions will mean for our customers as they work to ensure we continue to exceed expectations in service.
It has certainly been a busy year at Sloan Lubrication Systems. With these important team additions and the introductions of our redesigned Oil Recovery System and the Sloan Service Plan, we continue to help make sure that our customers can operate as efficiently and as reliably as possible.
