This year’s Gas Machinery Conference is right around the corner and the Sloan Lubrication Team will be there in full force in Phoenix from October, 1-4. Come see us at booth #307 to find out all that’s new.

As part of the conference, we will be featuring two informative mini courses. On Tuesday, October 3, from 8:00 am – 9:30 am, Matt McCarthy, regional sales representative, will be offering a course titled Force Feed Lubrication System Operation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Optimization. Take advantage of Matt’s more than 30 years of experience and reduce your learning curve on the basics of compressor cylinder lubrication. On Wednesday. October 4, from 2:45 pm to 4:15 pm, Brian Sloan, CEO, and Eric Sloan, marketing communication manager, will be presenting a course titled Stabilize Revenue and Develop Resilience by Implementing ESG – Real World Experience from a Small Business. In this course, the Sloan brothers will discuss the reasoning for a focus on sustainability as a core business value, and how the benefits can extend beyond reducing negative environmental impacts

Upcoming Educational Opportunities

This course is appropriate for any small- or medium-sized company that is interested in learning more about implementing a sustainability program and identifying some of the potential risks of failing to do so.

Last year’s GMC was all about the big news of our centennial celebration. While that was a lot of fun and we loved hosting our friends at our Century Soiree, this year our focus is on something near and dear to our hearts – what we are doing to better serve our customers.

Earlier this year, we launched our Sloan Service Plan with exactly that in mind. We have the experience (101 years to be precise) to know what it takes to be successful with force feed divider block lubrication systems. We do not make exaggerated claims about disaster striking if you do not switch to this or that component. There are no gimmicks in designing a lubrication system properly so that it will reliably deliver the proper amount of lubricant. The solution is to design it right and maintain it properly.

If our more than 100 years have taught us anything, it is how to maintain a lubrication system to guarantee reliability. Offering our customers yearly expert maintenance at an affordable price is exactly what the Sloan Service Plan is all about. Service Plan customers also benefit from an extended warranty, even on legacy systems. Our new Houston field office will allow us to better cover customers throughout the region, as well as offer expanded technical support and installation services.

Our team will be on hand and happy to answer your questions about these new items, our outstanding services, and our extensive range of products, including our revolutionary TriCip Lubrication System. We look forward to seeing you in Phoenix at the Gas Machinery Conference.

Did You Know?

Not all divider blocks are created equal. Different divider blocks have different pressure ratings. In general, the higher the pressure rating, the more robust the materials and the more accurate the piston fit. Sloan Divider Blocks are specially designed for high pressure and compressor applications. Check out why our divider blocks are engineered to provide the best piston fit possible.
